Choose the collection workflow
CT MIDI I HEPA, article 578512, is a corded compact extractor with integrated Bluetooth control. Wireless starting does not make it a battery-powered CTC MIDI. It can suit installers who move a compatible saw or sander around a fitting job and benefit from managed hose storage. Establish which battery or optional remote supplies the control signal before treating startup as automatic for every tool.
Connection and cleaning differences
Festool documents manual filter cleaning, a fifteen-liter container and a smooth suction hose. Manual cleaning differs from the timed automatic pulses on Bosch VAC090AH and DeWalt DWV010. We have not compared capture efficiency or bag life. Tool compatibility, the material and the permitted filter arrangement remain central, including the separate wet-filter requirement when collecting water.
Price the complete dust system
Compare MIDI with CT 15 on functions you will use, not the shared airflow headline alone. Include the optional remote where needed, compatible hoses or adapters and replacement bags. An apprentice should first establish the employer's extraction system. For a recurring mobile installation kit, storage and control can justify this format; for mainly cleanup, the simpler CT 15 may cover the defined requirement without every extra function.
